Services include leadership coaching and mentoring, consultancy support for educational improvement, bespoke INSET and CPD, curriculum and pedagogy review, and support with evidence, documentation, and inspection readiness.
My work is bespoke, practical, and rooted in real educational contexts. Support is shaped around your priorities, capacity, and development stage, with a strong focus on impact rather than one-off training events.
How is your consultancy different from standard CPD providers?

Both options are available. Support can be delivered in person, online, or through a blended approach, depending on need and logistics
Do you work in-school or remotely?

Yes. You can commission standalone sessions or opt for follow-up coaching, mentoring, or review sessions. Ongoing support is available as an optional, paid extension.
Do you offer support beyond a single training day?

Yes. I provide practical support with documentation, monitoring records, evaluation evidence, and reflective summaries to support accountability, inspection, and internal review processes.
